This hillside construction required extensive innovation and building creativity due to its dramatic site characteristics. The home literally hangs off the edge of the cliff while an infinity edge pool blurs the boundary between the water's edge and the valley view beyond. The interior contains elegant and modern finishes with large two story ceilings.

This home received the Palm Springs Modernism Award for 2009 and the Honor Award in Residential Design for the 2009 Concrete Masonry Design Awards. A well crafted variety of masonry walls grounds the house to the landscape while expanses of glass doors and windows open up to views of the mountain surroundings and valley beyond.

This Mid-Century home was awarded the LEED Silver certification from the United States Green Buidling Council and was the first LEED certified building within the valley for implementing green building standards within the construction and life-cycle of the home.

The Blue Sky Homes' Building System prefab project took eight week to construct after initial footings installation while incorporating numerous sustainable design qualities. The prefab building process saves time, energy, and cost while balancing simplicity and elegance while creating a minimal impact on the native site.

New household construction which plays off of the traditional Krisel butterfly roof and maintains the traditional modern appeal within the interior. Extensive consideration was given to the landscaping by using native and drought tolerant plants while pavers and pathways provide a man-made contrast to the vegetation. A home built using Pre Fab Construction methods where the components came completely constructed from a factory in Arizona. Finish out took 5 weeks, as the pool, garage, hardscape and landscape, were all completed post delivery. The total cost to build the home was comparable to that of site built construction, but with savings in time.

This home had an indentity crisis! Half the home was built in the 20’s as Spanish Style, then in the 50’s, a large two master suite addition was added. The home was designed by Palm Springs Famous Stuart Williams for his son who owned the home. The challenge here was to keep the charm of one era, and give it one overall new identity.

An economic project under $100,000 which contains remodeling on the interior kitchen, baths, flooring, A/C, and paint. Exterior work was also done such as a dining/BBQ area, pool remodel, and minor landscaping.

An interior renovation of a 70’s Spanish sytle turned Contemporary household with emphasis on wood detailing, exposed masonry units, and appropriate and simple color tone selections.

An economic face-lift was given to this home which is centered within the heart of Alexander Building Companies successful, “Twin Palms” development. Interior renovations were also carried out on this jewel all for under $50,000.

La Mancha Resort condominium conversion from to 15 hotel rental units to an exquisite 15 condo resort. A mixture of traditional wood detailing and contemporary furniture create a dialog of interior spaces while an exterior pool allows for a comfortable espace from the heat.

An interior renovation which took only four weeks to complete from start to finish. The interior transformed from shag and painted cabinets, to modern and sleek finishes. Many of the original bathroom tiles and fixtures were refurbished and retained, saving the homeowner a lot of expense, saving the landfill from extra refuse, and helping to achieve the preservation of the vibe that the client sought.

This sustainable and green project combined two eixting lots with a lot merge while deconstruction a house by completely dismantling it piece by piece. A portion of the house was recycled by shipping the dismantled pieces to Mexico and only 10% of the waste ended up in the landfill, as opposed to the typical 80%. A new tennis court was then constructed a with a raised observation deck and teak fencing.
