- Estimating- Provide highly detailed estimates to clients, with real numbers that we have been collecting
for years of working in this field. Our estimate is based on your plans and scope of work,
and is inclusive of items we have talked about in meetings with the Owner and Architect. We
provide healthy allowances for items not yet determined. We do not lowball, we provide real
numbers in order to minimize the overages, and allow you to complete your project within your bugdet.
- Online Dream Project Management Tool- An electronic web based organizer directed towards the client and project management to enure continual client oversight of the project whether the client is at home, work, on the road, or on vacation.
Selection Sheet: Review what selection choices you have made and see what decisions are coming up next. Keep track of costs, due dates, qtys, allowances and all your specifications about each selection (shower fixture heights, tile layout, qty of cabinet hardware, total cost of plumbing fixtures). All your pertinent information about your selection in one spot instead of searching through emails to find answers.
Selection Sheet: Review what selections are due, what selections are still outstanding, and any other decisions you need to make.
Notifications: Instant notifications of new tasks, answers to posted questions, pricing on option requested, all straight to your email when it happens.
